Refund Policy

At Cool and Dafa, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality heaters, coolers, and air conditioners for both outdoor and indoor comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only by prior agreement with Cool and Dafa. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return request before sending any items back.

  • Products with a value less than 500 EGP are not eligible for return.

  • Bespoke or custom-ordered products, as well as goods purchased specifically for the buyer, cannot be returned2.

  • Returned products must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and must be unused, complete, and in saleable condition2.

  • Returns are accepted up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, you must request a return order number from Cool and Dafa. This number must be clearly labeled on the return packaging. Returns without a return order number will be rejected.

  • The return shipment must be sorted and specified according to product type.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The return is at the buyer’s risk until received by Cool and Dafa2.

  • Please include your invoice or order number with your return.

Refunds

  • Upon acceptance of the returned goods, a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the value of the returned items2.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned items have been inspected and approved.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or specially ordered products.

  • Products with limited shelf life (such as adhesives or sealants).

  • Items not in original packaging or not in saleable condition.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects or damages, notify Cool and Dafa immediately, and no later than one week after delivery2.

  • If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
